During my master’s degree I had the opportunity to do research on the Granarolo company, in particular on the Unconventional SBU which operates in the plant-based sector. I was able to understand what consumer trends are today. They are increasingly interested in sustainability and well-being and health. I also placed myself from the perspective of the entrepreneur by proposing a marketing strategy that would lead to an increase in sales.
